The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Body Butter

Hello my lovely readers!
Today is a bit of a first impression post, as I only bought this product yesterday and I've only used it today, so I hope you don't mind!

Yesterday when I popped into The Body Shop, I really wanted a new body butter because my skin has been so dry and flaky lately because it's still recovering from the hives I had last month. I wanted one that didn't have a really strong smell and was going to be super hydrating, because I am always inclined to buy the super yummy smelling body butters rather than the ones with the most hydrating ingredients.

I went for this one because I have heard that argan oil is meant to be really good for your hair, so it mustn't be bad for your body. The first thing I noticed when I used this one is that it's a very thick consistency. I have the coconut and mango body butters from The Body Shop, and they are both a lot lighter than this one, especially the mango one. I think this one smells quite similar to some of the L'Occitane products I received in my little sample gift box, it has that very creamy, almost almondy smell. I think it soaked in nicely but as you would expect, it took a bit longer than a regular moisturiser because it is quite think and has rich oils in it.

So overall, I quite like this product, it's probably going to help my skin a lot at the moment considering how dry it's been. I have gone back to school this week, so I'm sorry I probably won't be posting as much as I did when I was on holiday. I love you guys!

Au Revoir!
